On November 9th, were announced the winners of GPTW (Great Place to Work), an award that identifies companies with the highest excellence in the workplace. For the sixth consecutive time, CINQ is among the best IT companies, in the country, to work at. This year, in 48th position.
According to their website, the main objective of the event is not to reward, but to “spread the good examples and stimulate other companies to improve their working environment.”
This was the 11th edition of the “Best Companies to Work 2016 – Technology” and gathered 274 companies, divided in small-sized (20 awarded), medium-sized (70awarded) and large-sized enterprises. (10 awarded).
Most of GPTW’s ranking reflects the feeling that employees have for the organization (67%). From this, 56% is the result of a quantitative research with the staff, while 11% comes from a qualitative research considering their comments. The remainder (33%) is an outcome of the management practices adopted by the company
