Mutant had seven acquisitions in the Technology and Customer Experience sectors the last three years.
The year begins with great news here at CINQ: from now on we are a company that’s part of the Mutant group!
By working together with Dextra, which was acquired in 2018, we aim to strengthen the portfolio of solutions focused on digital transformation. We continue to have our own brand and our original associates remain in the company as executives.
Companies that are also a part of Mutant are: Interaxa (acquired in August 2019), Unear, CCM7, Voran, and TSA.
Mutant is present in more than 12 countries in 3 continents and has a wide portfolio of B2B services. By joining the group, we became part of more than 3200 Mutants with more than 300 customers.
This means that everyday we’re optimizing the user experience of millions and improving the relationship between brands and costumers on an international scale. Our intent of changing the world has never been stronger.
According to Alexandre Bichir, Mutant’s CEO: “We have a taste of growing and, especially, growing up doing things differently, in a way that reflects our values. No acquisition was or will be only from the financial perspective. People, culture, the sum of differences are what make Mutant unique. It is a privilege to strengthen the country, increase our economy and improve the quality of life of the people we touch. CINQ is another amazing page of our history!”
“We are thrilled to become part of Mutant. We find in it a perfect partnership to expand the possibilities of services offered and speed up our growth through its governance structure. The cultural synergy between companies was also a fundamental factor for the business to be carried out,” said Carlos Alberto Jayme, Cinq’s Chief Growth Officer.
Mutant’s revenue jumped from R$300 million in 2017 to R$600 million in 2019, and the goal is for the rate of growth to remain intense in 2020. “Our acquisition fund was $180 million and we only use 55% of that. Our M&A process is very well structured and proactive. As true Mutants, we don’t stop, we’re always changing – for the better. You can write it down: more good thing comes ahead,” said Ale.
